Max Tubman's Ride

Why I Ride ...

My father is a cancer survivor. I am a cancer survivor. I can say from experience in battling cancer, building a bicycle and riding 200 miles across MA, the challenges become much easier when you have the support of family, friends and even strangers. It will be my fifth year participating in the PMC and I am so grateful for all the past support i have received. Every year I try to make my ride extra unique to generate interest in donating. In the past I have built a bamboo bike, road an extra 500 miles from Philadelphia to Sturbridge, and even build a custom steel bike with Pan Mass laser cut into the side of the bike!  But even with out any extra stunts what makes donating to this cause so great is that 100% of this money goes to the charity and because our team has a close relationship with the researchers at Dana Farber we get to see the direct impact of where the money goes by touring the labs and hearing from doctors and patients who are impacted by the fundraising. So, I hope you will take the time to donate to my ride, no matter how big or small your donation; every little bit helps. This year I am setting my sights at 7,500 for a fundraising goal. Thanks for your time.

Total Raised

Last year, 100% of rider-raised revenue went directly to the Jimmy Fund.
