Bill Phillips's Ride
Why I Ride ...
After a couple years off, this is my fifth PMC. I'm indebted to my Lehigh LXA brothers who with one email and one afternoon, created a 3:1 funding match so that I could do the ride again.
This year, my friend Andy Rotherham and I are riding for our pedal partner, Luke Hoag. 5 years old, Luke is from my town, Hoosick Falls, and he is fighting an inoperable tumor near his brain stem. After way too many radiation treatments, he's got the tumor under control.

Whenever I see Luke at Mass, the little guy is a ball of fire ... and everybody right up to and including Fr. Tom is perfectly fine with that. I'm grateful that I've been able to get to know Luke's mom, Jackie as we prepared for the ride. She is one of the most graceful people I know.
Thank you for supporting the ride and the cause.
